my accuracy was around, 96%-98%, i'm sorry i don't quite understand, if the amount of surveys i do don't allow me to level up, then what does?

You have to do a variety of tasks with a higher accuracy.  It doesn't really show that you're capable of doing higher level tasks if you only complete the same task over and over.

How do you know if you've completed a task already when there are, like, 50 with the same names?

That's what I personally find confusing.

How do you level up on crowdflower? I've completed over 80 tasks but have only completed 18 test questions. It seems all the good offers require level 2 or 3, how are we to level up without test questions?

Do more of a variety of tasks and look for the ones that show they have test questions.

I did over 110 tasks in crowdflower. The task was to match the audio to the text. I haven't leveled up, which is really annoying.

But what was your accuracy? Quality matters as much as quantity with CF tasks.

It is more then just that. They want you to do other tasks that have test questions and not just the same one over and over.
