HELP My husband snores and I cant sleep

Ive tried ear plugs, cotton *bleep* and I nudge him so he will roll over but nothing works. Any Ideas would great. He has tried nasal strips and nasal mist and they didnt work either. I need some sleep

lol just kidding try turning on a radio or TV to drown out the noise, or you can try getting to sleep before him.  Good luck!

Make sure he gets an adequate amount of rest because some people snore when they are tired and fatigued. Also, if the problem persists, try seeing a specialist about it as it can sometimes be caused by their body.

Does he have any medical condition such as sleep apnea? My husband has apnea and snores like a bear. He has a C-PAP machine for his apnea, but he won't wear it. I don't have any advice because unfortunately nothing has worked for him (yet). I usually try to fall asleep first or I just sleep in a different room!

                                   2)      make sure when doing so that all access areas of air passage are covered
                                   3)      slowly but firmly apply pressure untill snoring sound stops
                                   4)      hold for several minutes
                                   5)      wipe down all fingerprints of contact area
                                   6)      dispose of pillow
                                   7)      call police and act sad and suprised

My husband is the worse.  you can here him snore over the alarm clock going off while in the shower......

However I recently read that taking a teaspoon of olive oil before going to bed helps to lube the throat and stop snoring my husband wont try it maybe yours will good luck

my husband is the same but we found this natural spray that does work its called snore stop extinguisher he said it tasted awful but if it means i get to sleep then hey it tastes fine to me lol

My boyfriend snores pretty loudly too, we sleep in seperate rooms.  Funny thing though, when he stops snoring I wake up...thinking he has stopped breathing or something is wrong....then he starts up again and I can go back to sleep. hehe
