I have no trouble sleeping.  I do not even wake up any during the night.

this...or other websites.  I watch tv or work out.  I play friends with words....clean house.  I just don't lay there and think about it.

What do you when you can't sleep at night?
Reading or watching TV. It helps to get your mind on siomething besides not sleeping. Find what ever lets you relax and use it . If that fails, you can go to your Doc and talk about the problem. LET him suggest what ro do next. Sometmes it is physical. BMaston12
