Who likess Ron Paul?

I would have voted for him if i coulda...We need a smaller government.

I voted for Paul in the primary. And I donated to his campaign.
However, I also voted for Obama because McCain became a shill to the worst element of the Republican party. Had he run as the same candidate he was in 2000, I would have voted for him(especially with a Democratic congress and senate).

One thing Paul and Obama have in common is competency. Something the Republican party seems to find offensive now. I just wonder how many more years of total Democratic control it will take for the RNC to realize what's wrong with the way they've been approaching things.

I think he's a good politician, but I don't think I would like him as President.  He tends to have good ideas, but he gets overly emotional and dramatic about them; tends to exaggerate things A LOT.  I'd like the US to be slightly more isolationist, but not to the extent that he implied in the debates.

I do think it's pretty damn ridiculous that they hardly let him speak in the debates, and then Rudy Guiliani sat over there giggling every time Ron Paul spoke during the debates.

I sure do like Ron Paul.  I'm a libertarian, so I of course go along with most of his ideas.  Smaller government and more freedoms.
