You have until the last day of the month to cash out.
Payment is received around the 20th of the next month for the previous month's cashout.

Hope this clears up the confusion just an itty bit

yes you have untill the last day of the month to request your cashout to be paid on or around the 20th of the fallowing month

Yes

Look at this way:

1) Cashout anytime in, for example, October
2) On or around November 20th, your October cashout is reviewed and (hopefully) approved.
3) Payment is issued:
   If PayPal - it will hit your account in the next 1-2 days (Estimate receiving it Nov 25th)
   If Direct Deposit - it will hit your account in the next 1-4 days (Estimate receiving it Nov 25th)
   If Check - it will be printed and go out the next business day (Allowing time for transit, estimate receiving it Nov 30th)

The reality is that we often can pay a bit sooner than the above figures -- but if you go by the estimates above you will not be disappointed
