No plans yet. Last year our congregation decided to do something but I haven't heard of anything being done this year. Probably just sit at home and watch.

No plans yet.  Still trying to plan for Christmas. :)  if anything, probably just a family dinner at my aunt's house.

When I was younger, New Year's was a big event and partied with friends and boyfriends/husband.  Now, for the past 10 years or so, I feel like staying home with TV, bottle of wine, maybe a friend or two...maybe by myself, and not worrying about weather or being on the road.  Now I'm just boring and don't care!!!

Like JaniceSW when we were younger we always hit the clubs and partied all night.  Now my husband and I have our grandson over for the night so my daughter and her husband can enjoy the night.  We will put him to bed, my husband and I will have  a bottle of wine, watch the ball drop, then go to bed.  What a difference when you get older!

Same here. In my younger days, I used to hit the bars and party all night with friends when we celebrated New Years Eve. I remember being dropped off with the sun rising during those younger years. NOW, I rarely go to the bars, been there done that, I guess. My plans are to spend a quiet get-together with a few friends and will most likely be home in bed shortly after midnight.

Yeah, it seems like we conquer one holiday at a time and preparing for Christmas can be a little bit overwhelming.  I don't care where I am on New Years Eve as long as I get my kiss at midnight.

Have a great day!

I'm off but I don't have any plans.  If I can get the first couple of days off in January I might go somewhere.

I do not have plans either, I as well partied a lot when I was younger on new years, but now I stay home, we fry some
Shrimp and watch the ball drop on tv. That's my type of fun these days.🍤🍟

No new year plans here, I don't like crowds of people so we stay home and if it's anything like last new year, I can do without it.
