Signed up and got the $5.00 bonus BUT

So, I just signed up, and I got the $5.00 bonus for signing up. Well my balance said $5.77 before I had even done anything really (I clicked through some tabs but that was it). Anyway, I watched two videos to earn 2 cents, and now my balance is 2 cents. What happened to the $5.00 sign up bonus???

It's very confusing it says you have been a member since 2012. Are you sure you didn't sign up and get a $5 bonus then that expired after the 180 days. The best way to get the correct answer is to send in a ticket.

As another member responded, it seems that you joined in 2012. You would have gotten your bonus then. You have 180 days to earn enough to cash out. If you do not, you lose money for offers and bonuses received before the 180 days. If you joined in 2012 and have never cashed out, you probably lost your $5 bonus.

If you feel that a mistake has been made, open a support ticket.

It definitely sounds like your bonus expired especially since the other 77 cents went away as well, If you look at your account and scroll to the bottom it should say if it's expired or active and since you haven't done a lot of offers it shouldn't be that far down. I hope you're able to figure this out and don't give up even though you may have to start your earning over, if it's all expired. Good luck to you!
