That's absolutely ridiculous. FC does not guarantee payment for every offer/survey completed or attempted. This clearly stated in their terms of service:

FusionCash uses industry-standard tracking software, but occasionally offers fail to credit. FusionCash does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit automatically, the user understands that FusionCash cannot provide recourse.

That is a terrible thing to do to Fusion Cash. This is a really good site. It is not perfect and we, members, sometimes do not get credit for surveys or offers, I am with several other sites similar to FC and there are sometimes problems with these other sites also. I have taken surveys on other sites and for some reason did not get full credit or any credit.

It could be that you did not get credit for the survey you took because you made some sort of error.

I do not know why your support tickets were not answered by FC but mine have always been answered.

We all have times where we are not credited for surveys due to computer glitch or just not qualifying.  You just move on to something else.  I don't see how it is the fault of FC for this.

When I don't get credit for a survey I know I completed, I take a screen shot of the completion page, then I'll try to contact the company that the survey belongs to.  There have been a few times that I did get credited, other times, you may not even find a contact to get in touch with the company.  When you can't find any contact info, this is a more shady company, IMO.  Like others have said, there's no guarantees and FC can't credit you for something THEY didn't get credit for.

Sorry to hear you didn't get credit for a survey. I have had that happen to me recently with 2 surveys. I have sent support tickets and they have answered them. But like others have said there's no guarantee you will receive credit for the surveys you've done.

I agree with skippymcnapper. Sounds like your issue is with the survey provider. Not FC.

Also, I don't quite see why you felt the need to even post this declaration here?

I think this has happened to most of us one time or another.  Today in my email I received notice that FC took away money because a survey did not pay.  Would I go to BBB, NO!  It is not FC's fault, it is the surveys fault.  I seriously don't even know what you think BBB will do.  I hope you think this out before you contact them.  FC is a legit company, if you are unhappy either take a break or close your account.

I'm quite sure BBB is going to take on a 35 cent complaint.  It's not FC's fault anyway.  Get real!!

It is NOT FusionCash's fault. The original advertiser or research company are always the ones that have the issues sometimes with crediting to FC.. it FC doesn't get paid, then neither do we. It's not like FusionCash got paid and is with-holding your money. Errors sometimes happen.

Besides, have you thought about the possibility that it could be a delayed credit? Sometimes, even if rare, something will take days or weeks to credit.

Yes, it is frustrating to not get paid for something you took time to complete, however, it is not worth it and not justified to do what you are planning on doing.

interesting, i think the issue may be more so with the outside company rather than fc, but other than principle i don't think they will take $.35 too seriously, just my opinion
