Personally, I love Obama, I  think he is going to bring about some really good changes. My entire family voted for him during this election. He seems like he truly CARES about the people in this country, and thats very vital in being a good president.

NO HE DOESN'T CARE!!  He only wanted to be the first black president!  Have you heard the way he puts down our troops?!?!?!  No, I don't necessarily understand why we are still at war and I don't like it, but you don't put our men and women down for what they are doing when he HAS NEVER DONE IT!!!  He just wants us to look at him and for him to go into history... as if none of the others have!  He doesn't give a flying flip about our country.... I don't even believe that legally he should be president.... where is his Birth Certificate???  HE doesn't even know!!!  It's the signs of the end of the world!!!

TO CLARIFY... I NEVER SAID I HATED HIM!!  I think he is a self centered man!!  Name one other president that treated himself like a flippin' celebrity!!  He was so publicized because of his Race... no others were before him!!!  As far as the birth certificate goes, it was all over the news right before his inauguration, and we all know that the media is more for him than a republican.  Snopes and other sites even had lots of information about it.  He was born in Kenya, not USA.  So it's been in question.  I'm not saying his worse than Bush... Bush made plenty of mistakes too, but he's not the one that ran the country down... that was a chain of events starting with Clinton I believe.

You don't have to like him, that's your right as a citizen, and everybody knows there was plenty of dislike toward the Bush Administration.  That doesn't mean you get to run around spreading blatantly false information and being overly dramatic.

I voted for Obama and I stand by that vote, but there are things I think he should do differently... For example, he needs to stop playing Israel's best friend and be as harsh on Israel as the Bush administration was on Palestine (denying them aid while giving BILLIONS of dollars to Israel's military yearly).
Also, I don't like the ObamaCare reform. I think it's a step in the right direction but what the United States NEEDS is socialized health care. We don't need to keep the private sector AT ALL. Insurance companies are leeches. We need to pay for our health care out of our taxes so that those who cannot afford it get the same health care as the wealthy.
I think the "birthers" are incredibly stupid and it frightens me that people with such low intelligence to REALLY believe that our government would instate someone as POTUS that doesn't have a valid birth certificate are allowed to vote. They should not be allowed to have an opinion (joke). But if I had my way, conservatives would go through mandatory "reality training" before being allowed to vote - they have such a warped view of the world... living in a fantasy. Scary thought, but I'm glad the Democratic Party is on its way to owning Washington ... maybe we can change some minds!

Snopes does have info about it. And says he's from the U.S. As did every single member of the U.S. Congress in a resolution yesterday.

In that case, we should never discuss any topic in the world!  Many people are in agreement when it comes to politics; many people are also in disagreement.  The same way it is for every topic ever discussed on a wide scale.  You'll never get all ~7 billion people in the world (or even all 300 million in the US) to agree on one thing, that's pretty obvious.  It doesn't mean that thing shouldn't be discussed or debated.  Things should be questioned, debated, discussed...I don't see the point in having the mental capacity to do such things if we're going to promote the idea of not using such capacities.
