My routine has been changing over the years, but I used to do meditation, Simpleology before I did anything else.

There were times in the past where I had to get my work out in before I did anything else.

Now, I'm trying to get back into meditation/Simpleology, walk dog, work out routine. When I'm consistent I have better more productive days...and my dogs are happier. :dog:

It never fails. Every morning I get up, go to the bathroom, wash my face and brush my teeth, take vitamins, go downstairs, eat a bowl of cereal, drink a cup of hot coffee, then go on the computer to check emails. Only then am I really ready to start my day.

A nice cup of steaming coffee with hazelnut creamer and something like a muffin and fruit to eat.  Start the day off the same every day OH and jumping on the computer right away.

My day must start with a nice cup of organic peach tea and a good stretch!

First thing I do is go to the bathroom to brush my teeth, wash my face and comb my hair.  Then, its straight to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee that was brewed while I was doing my routine.  I get the coffee ready to auto. brew every night before I go to bed so its ready when I get up.  Love my morning coffee!

My ritual has been the same for many years. Firstly I brush my teeth, then I put the tv on (HLN News) to see what has happened in the world over night and then whilst I'm listening, I put the kettle on to have my habitual cup of tea! I put my computer on to see if the Queen of England was desperately trying to email me during the night and when I realize that she wasn't, I go wake my sons up for school. I'm sure I could do it all with my eyes closed, except reading my emails!

So no one else is wondering what the heck is steve wilkos?  ???  And do you douse yourself with it or take a daily dose of it? I guess I don't get out that much. Okay, I looked it up online. He's a policeman television host.

So anyone else who was wondering, there you go.  ;)

As to the question at hand, I have to eat and put on make-up.  :P

Usually I start off with a LARGE glass of water. Then toast or bagel and coffee.

Start the coffee.  Brush my teeth. Wash my face.  Wake the bird and feed him.  Drink the coffee.
Read emails.
