Do you use an alarm?

I do have an alarm and I set it every day, however it is rare that I am still in bed asleep when it goes off. I usually end up switching it off whilst I'm waiting for it to go off! It's a very simple alarm clock, no radio, no bells, no whistles.. it just gives a very quiet beep, beep, beep when it is 6.40am. The only thing I would change about my alarm clock is the angle of it. The face of it is at an angle and if I want to see what the time is, I have to press the snooze button on the top which lights up the face but all I see is a blue hue. I have to move the clock to a better angle so that I can see what the time is.

Yes I do. My digitalclock with frogs. I don't like the beeping. I do like the ocean waves for a change. I don't think I would wake upon my own too well. Need that alarm.

Well I'm human so yeah, I use an alarm.  Two in fact.  My phone and an old school alarm clock with a real loud an annoying alarm.

I use a beeping alarm when I have to be somewhere in the morning.  Otherwise I don't.  Seems like I wake up at the same time whether I use the alarm or not....internal clock, I guess.

I use an alarm clock to wake up in the morning. If I didn't use it, I could easily sleep until 10 or 11 a.m. which would be a waste of practically a whole morning. I find that when I set the alarm, I usually wake up before it goes off. But if I don't set it, I keep right on sleeping. So I have to set it every day just to make sure.

I used to but not any more.  My sister gets up before me so if I know she's awake that's when I get up.

I use a ringtone for my "sound" alarm. I also have a fitbit that does a "silent" or "vibrating" alert to wake me up. I am not a heavy sleeper so both will get me up.

Oh heck no lol - quit doing that when I retired - but I technically have an alarm my grown son knocks on my bedroom door when he gets up which causes my little shih tzu to start barking her head off and I have no choice but to get up.  We are all night owls so I have had enough sleep by then but I am lazy.

we set an alarm, but I am always up before it goes off and start the coffee.  I rarely sleep past 5:30. Have always been up and going at that time when I was working and when I lived on the farm so guess it will not change.
