Do you use an alarm?

Do you use an alarm to wake you up in the morning? If so, what is your alarm.

music. I found a talking alarm online. I put my computer "to sleep". I can set my own music, select an icon to pop up (Merlin is one choice). I have been using it since September. I love it.  I never did like waking up to a loud obnoxious noise or beep.

I have an alarm clock on my nightstand but hardly ever set it.  If I have to get up early for something I'll use my iphone alarm clock but I always am up before it goes off.  If I know I have to be up at a certain time I just can't sleep good so don't really need an alarm.

I use my phone as my alarm.
I have anywhere from 2-4 alarms set, depending on how early I have to get up and how important it is that I get up.
Usually the first alarm is a soothing melody...and the last is an aggressive beeping or something very loud and annoying to tell me that I must get up.

I have an alarm clock that used to have set up for music to wake me up, but lately my husband wakes up before me and 99% of the times without any help

I usually hear my wife get up to tend to our dog.Thats usually between 6 and 7 in the morning.But then i stay in bed and fall out again cos my hours are different for the day.I work 3pm to 11pm...go to sleep around 2 in the morning or so.

I have two mobile Phones so I use them both just in case, problem is sometimes I turn them off without remembering.

I have 2-3 alarms.... One alarm is suppose to wake me up... The second alarm (set 10 minutes) so II don't fall back to sleep.. Third is my phone alarm, I only use it if I have to wake up really early

No, I don't use an alarm to get up in the mornings.  I haven't in years.  My internal clock usually gets me up in plenty of time to spare.  The very few times that I have set the alarm was for times that I had to get up earlier than usual but I am always awake before the alarm goes off.

I use my iphone for the alarm, but I usually wake up before it rings, so I end up just turning the app off.  It's a buzzard.
I have an ihome alarm clock, but I don't use it.  I can control it with an iphone app, but I still don't use it.
