Have you been tired lately?

Do you experience tiresome days, during this week, or is it a certain day or weather that makes you tired?

I just get tired between Monday and Fridays. Feels like I have to drag myself out bed every day.  hehe

I've noticed that I've been tireder lately but think it might be because I've been kinda inactive lately.  Lazy I guess!  Plan to get back to doing some exercise any day now and hopefully that will give me some much needed energy.

I generally do not get tried, unless I am just inactive, that's why I at least try and move around, love to walk so that heps with my energy level.

I think the change of seasons, especially from summer to fall and winter, makes me a little more tired than usual until my body adjusts - then it's no problem.

No I experience the same level of tiredness daily - I have chronic pain so I don't know if it is tiredness or just dread to get up and walk because I know I am going to hurt.  But I am still going so I feel blessed.

I'm always tired because I'm always on the run.  More sleep is what I need.

I seem to be tired all the time.  I have so many physical ailments and take so many meds, I believe that is the cause.

Yes I do get tired sometimes.I think fatigue has a lot to do with the foods we eat and not getting proper amounts of sleep.

It is a regular thing in my life. You only stay awake for so long and for some so many days.

It seems like I am always tired but my worst day is Sunday. I work a double Friday and long shifts Saturday and I think by Sunday it catches up to me.

Yes, I have been more tired lately but it is because of a stressful situation I'm dealing with at the moment.

I haven't been feeling as tired, but I have been falling asleep throughout the day more, and despite this, it seems that I just sleep more
