This is ridiculous

For months now the daily emails have only worked maybe every other day. For longer than that, most of the videos wouldn't work, then the video page setup changed and now 99% of the videos don't work. Now it looks like there's going to be another new malfunction to add, the paid to click isn't working. The final step is stuck and won't reload no matter how many times I try it, also the audio option won't work either so I can't complete the task. Been really disappointed with FC for the last several months. I used to be quite fond of FC, and now.. not so much. :(

i have noticed that same thing --thought it was just my pc but i tried some videos at work friday and it did the same thing--sorry you are having so much trouble hope it all works out

   Keep trying. Go to the local Public Library...try different computers at different locations.

I also have noticed changes, I hardly ever qualify for surveys and the videoes are crazy

The daily emails have been working fine for me, same for the daily ptc.  Most of the videos work for me, there were a few that wouldn't work so I hid them and qualified by doing the others.  I've been gone from FC for several months due to working too many hours at two jobs but came back recently because I now have the time again and I still LOVE FC.

Most things work for me on this site. Some things to notice is that some of the videos have specific instructions like liking a Facebook page in order to receive credit. Things like that are easy to forget. As for the emails just watch your captcha typos, forgetting a letter or adding a space can turn into a habit.

well one nice thing about fusion cash is that when its broke they fix it as soon as they can.  THey have been around for a long time . just have patience

Well now that's a little disturbing.  Especially after reading that other members are having similar issues.  Hopefully that means that it's something within the system and not individual computers and that it will get resolved soon.

I haven't noticed any issues with the Daily Email or PTC task recently.  For those, I would suggest the trying the following to rule out issues on your computer causing the problem:

1.  Clear your browser history/cache - if you haven't done this in a while, perhaps there's a bad/incomplete address in the cache causing problems.  I recommend the tool CCleaner - use the free version, it's a very useful tool I've used for years.

2.  Ensure your browser is upgraded to the most current version - if your browser is not set to auto-upgrade, that could cause problems.  Only exception might be for IE - I found that browser just keeps getting worse over time and stopped using it for personal reasons long ago.  If you are using IE10, upgrade immediately - that was is the most buggy of the IE browsers.  If you are on IE11, you might want to try updating your settings to default to "compatibility mode" - the IE browser has made propriety updates to only interpret sites based on some strange new "standard" Microsoft is trying to make popular - as a result, if sites are not using their new non-compliant HTTP code sets, the site will not render properly unless viewed in compatibility mode.

3.  If you are using IE and cannot get it to work, try a different browser.  The most popular are FireFox and Chrome.  If you are using one of these, ensure you are using the latest version.

4.  Ensure your Adobe Flash plug-in is up-to-date.  If you have an out-dated version of Flash, that could cause issues with these activities as they rely on Flash heavily.


Hopefully these tips will help get the Daily Email and PTC working for you again.

For the videos, those come from different 3rd party sources.  From my experience from those sources, be aware that some of those 3rd parties are not that fast to clear viewed videos from your queue - so if you watch it once, it stays in your queue instead of being removed.  When you encounter those videos, just hide them from your FC list so they won't bother you again.  They may come back the next day, but hide them again.  It could be possible some of the issues might be a change in the 3rd party's API causing the video not to launch correctly, but from my experience, most of the issues are stemming from the 3rd party site itself, not FC.  Best thing is to just ignore the problem videos for a few days and try them again later.  Sometimes they get fixed when the advertiser is contacted and fixes a bad reference in their video URL or something.  There's really nothing FC can do to fix them - it's up to the 3rd party providing the video to resolve the issue with their advertiser.

I stick to the HprMX videos.
I don't bother with the videos that don't work on a regular basis.
 HprMX videos are reliable.

I have no trouble completing daily email, ptc, and videos... I make sure I turn off my adblock and ghostery to make sure they aren't blocking any cookies that confirms my offer completion... For videos I notice that many want you to subscribe to the video channel to get rewarded
