I almost like everything in Chinese buffet. But the best is egg drop soup and noodles.

I like the spring rolls, but honestly that is about it.  I don't care for the rice at all.  And the chicken is good...for the first couple bites and it gets worse with every bite.

I like all of the fresh veggies that they put in their dishes. And the spices (I tend to like hot / spicier foods). I also like the stir fry way to cook the food. However I don't really care for the deep fried foods. And unfortunately it seems like the sweeter, deep fried meals are more popular for Americans. For example if I order a meal from a Chinese take-out, they tend to offer crab rangoons or deep-fried egg rolls, but rarely will offer steamed spring rolls or some other side that is more healthy (and I think better tasting too).
