Balance Dropped When I Went to Cash Out and Problems with Radio Loyalty

So, I didn't have much time to be on here while school is in session. Since school has been out, I have been racing the clock trying to get enough credit to cash out before many of my credits expire.Thought I finally hit it today, but when I went to cash out I not only found that the minimum had been upped (I vaguely remember getting an email about this, so that's on me that I forgot) but my balance suddenly dropped $2.28. Considering the time commitment required to squeeze out every penny, that is a lot of money and time, with much more due to expire in the upcoming week.

Add to that the fact that the code to get credited for Radio Loyalty doesn't consistently pop up on the half hour (assuming, of course, that the flash player doesn't crash and force the clock to restart, since there are so many Windows 8 compatibility issues), that's an awful lot of time and effort put in in good faith for which the payments are now disappearing or not showing up at all. Really unhappy right now.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties.

We haven't changed the cashout minimum recently, or in fact, ever at all.  It's been $25 with $15 in non-bonus credits since 2005 when we launched.

With that said, odds are a reducing balance is caused by expiring credits.  Scroll down your account page to the bottom and look for expired or soon-to-expire credits (ones expiring in 30 days or less will have a red warning/countdown)

I am also having troubles with Radio Loyalty  no capcha it's refreashing on it's own like evry 10 minutes 45 minutes and no capcha I am useing chrome like it wants me to but the tasks are being done in firefox way to slugish in chrome problem with the radio for 2 days. All the other days no problem.

I decided to try Firefox after installing everything at it works for me. For me it doesn't like chrome had to install the adobe flashplayer in Firefox.
