Radioloyalty earnings from August being denied.

Sometime in the past two days, 21 cents of radioloyalty earnings from August were denied. Why?

I'm annoyed that they dropped it to a penny per 30 minutes.  :/

Well this is the first I've heard of this but found 42cents denied  this morning with no explanation. Where did you find out about it? If they're only paying a penny for 30 minutes now then I won't bother anymore.

This is the first time every I have had Radio Loyalty denied, as well.  I had pretty much stopped listening anyway since it bogs down the computer so badly.  I won't be doing RC anymore.

I would be real unhappy of this happened to me. I gave up on Radio Loyalty when we were required to listen for 30 minutes in order to earn a reward.

If no one can answer your question on the discussion board, I would open a support ticket just to find out why this happened. Since this happened to others, the administrator might join this discussion and explain why this happened.

I found out when I went to my account and saw "-0.21 denied" in red under my balance. I scrolled down to see what had been denied.

RL identified a handful of members as (somehow) bypassing security or otherwise exploiting their system, and refused to pay for a number of those captcha submissions.  As is our policy, when an advertiser refuses to pay, we do have to revoke credit.  An email explaining this went out a few hours ago to the affected members; I'm sorry about the delay between denial and the email explanation -- we had a big email queue today.

I hot my email about my RL credits being denied yesterday.They took 12c back from me.I would like to know why it took them 2 months to do it.I'm not listening to RL tonight.It is getting to be more trouble than it's worth.

The price reduction mentioned by yikes77 applies only to Canadian members.

It really bogs down my computer and the browser ends up freezing and I have to force quit, so I don't to it anymore.

I noticed that I wasn't getting any credit from RL at all so I stopped using it for the time being.
