Awesome! :) I remember the high I used to get from exercising -- it's been a looooong time! I don't have the energy or motivation for any working out these days, but dancing, hula hooping, Pilates, and walking is nice. Anything too "targeted" -- like crunches or sit-ups, for instance -- gets old fast.

Walking is about all the exercise I do these days.  I enjoy lots of different sports though.

I hate running with a passion but it is the fastest way for me to burn calories. I love jumping jacks, though.

Going to the gym does make one feel great because it brings you more energy throughout the day and you even burn calories while you're sleeping!!!  I like to do the "circuit" training.

I get bored going to the gym, so I try to do things that I can work in as part of my daily routine to stay fit like walking and swimming. I'm much more likely to stick with something like that. I also find it more relaxing.

I love to work out but never seem to have enough time to do it...which is probably why I love it so much! Kind of a catch twenty two. I currently work two and a half jobs for about ninety hours a week-not counting my fusion cash/PTC time. If I slow down I am able to go to the gym and work out. I schedule ninety minutes on Friday nights and Saturday Mornings to work out and I walk the dogs for a mile and a half a day, never take the elevator and park about a quarter mile away from my office (I don't try for the front spot). My night time job slows down to about thirty hours a week in January and I hit the gym pretty hard at that time.

I really do not have time for much exercise and I hate gym's but I take 30 minutes every morning for myself, before getting ready for work and do Cardio, Abs or any exercise video that I am in the mood for, I have some DVDs with exercise routines that I can do and if I am in a real good mood or with enough time to spare I turn on my Wii and do Wii Fit Plus, it is fun and you really work out.  I had not use it in a while and start it again last week my arms and legs were burning in pain after, it was a very good exercise.

I joined a gym last month. I enjoyed going there! It is motivating to see people with great bodies. Hopefully, I will ba able to have bodies like those guys by summer 2015.

I like to jog. I try to do it for about an hour three times a week. It's enough exercise to get you a little sweaty which is what my doctor says you should aim for by exercising and it gets the old ticker ticking too, which is good exercise for the heart. Plus you can do it any time of day that you want and you don't need to drive anyplace to do it.
