In a situation, whether hard or easy, are you the leader or the follower?

I'm usually a follower if I choose to participate.  I have to be very, very passionate about something before I step into the role of leader.

I read a book called The Color Code.  It suggests that there are 4 colors of personalities with Red being a natural born leader.  They have a tendency to delegate and step into a position of authority.  The other colors include blue, yellow and white.  My dominant color is blue which means I am usually supportive of the person who chooses to lead, as long as the leader isn't a control freak.

Have a great day!

I don't feel like I am either one - don't like to follow folks for sure but then I don't like to lead them either - I guess I am more of an autonomous person.  I always sought jobs (like in call centers) where one just came in and worked on their own.

I think i can do both.Follow and lead.

Of course before i do either i would survey the situation and also make sure that I as well as the one i may follow have the most experience handling the matter. And then of course hope you made the right choice.

Saying a favorable prayer to God in Jesus name doesnt hurt either in asking for his help.

Depends on the situation, I am a good follower, but if needed to be a leader then that is also a role I can do well in.  ;)

I was a leader for 30 years.  Now I like to give others the opportunity to lead and I will follow...if I like where they're leading.
