Never got my signup Bonus or $5.00 credit!??

Anyone know why?? I've been doing the offers and survey's and what not and I've been getting credited for all of them except those two.

I never got my 5.00 signup bonus,

and I never got my 5.00 dollars from the school scholarships offer.

I need help. Anyone!?

Unfortunately I have never been credited for that one either.  It happens unfortunately, but you never know yours may come through yet.
