i got mine yesterday, with $5 inside.  filled it out and sent it back.  got the email also   Nelson's does the same thing except it was $10.00  for having something on the computer for 30 days.   I love getting free money in the mail.

Got mine today!  I was so excited.  The survey took a while to complete, (though that could also have had to do with the puppy trying to nom on me while I was filling it out), but for $5?  Totally worth it.  I can't wait to get another survey from them.  :'D

   You are correct.   I received the same survey invitation, together with a crispy brand new $5 bill.

   They say to expect to receive more survey opportunities by regular mail and some times o0n the web.

Yeah I got this one too. I filled out the survey and had to skip some questions cause it told me to. Then the day after I send it back, I get a card telling me to please don't skip questions # so and so and sorry for the inconvenience. Well too late, but thanks for the 5 dollars.

Yep! I got the $5 the other day. I filled out the survey and am mailing it out tomorrow. I'm thinking that they will "trust" the people who send the surveys back and we will have the opportunity to earn more money. Guess my guard is down with that company... I trust them now ;p

I got that too.  I'm a member of their survey site.  They say on there that they send those every month or so as well as email invitations to surveys.  I've done a couple of those too.  They won't always send cash (usually $1 to $5), and when they don't, you'll get credit on the site when you send it back completed.  I figure it's better to send that first one back if you want to get more.

I don't remember how I came to be a member of their site, but you can just go to consumeropinioninstitute.com to join unless someone on here knows which offer it came from..
