Recieved $5 in mail from a survey

I get those about once a month, however, this time I noticed that it had a $2 bill in it.  Guess I got a pay cut!  I live near Myrtle Beach, the golf capital.  Therefore if you have golfers, unfortunately you have strip bars.  I worked at a golf course for years and we never wanted to touch the $2 bills because that is what they circulate at the strip clubs.  Thinking of where it had been always made me queasy!

Yeah I love consumer opinion institute. Sometimes the surveys are long, but you don't have to do it all in one sitting. On average they send one a month however last week I got 2 surveys in one week! One had a $5 bill in it, the other had a $2 bill because it was a shorter survey. It always seems to come when I really need 5 bucks lol I like to show it off to people in my house im like, "Look what i got in the mail today!" lol im lame

So yeah, I just opened some mail today and a $5 bill fell out. I'm pretty sure it's from an offer I did on fusion cash. The letter was from Consumer Opinion Institute.
Anyone else had the same luck?

Just got mine in over the wekend.  I think this is the 3rd or 4th since I've started.  They do take a bit of time but that $5 is verry nice reward and a nice surprise!!

I just got one with 2 dollars inside the mail but I have already completed their survey twice with 5 dollars for each. I wonder anyone received a servey with 2 dollars?

I used to get these surveys all of the time, but they have stopped. Now I keep getting a postcard that says I have not completed the last survey sent. Every time I got one I completed it immediately and returned it the next day. I certainly hope no one stole my $5 bills! Does anyone know how to contact them? I cannot seem to find a way and I would really like to get things cleared up and start doing the surveys again. I liked the surveys and the $5!
