What's the most frustrating ticket you have ever received (parking, speeding, etc.)?

I have never got a parking ticket.  Did get a speeding ticket once.  It was not really frustrating.  I was speeding so there was not a lot I could say.

I  was hit by someone speeding out of Popeyes while eating. My car was totaled but I got a ticket for failing to yield.

For the last 49 years I have never gotten a ticket for anything. I am careful when I drive because it is the other driver who may make a mistake and I like living.

I received a ticket for making a left turn (I had the green arrow, even!) while someone was in the crosswalk. However, he had only just stepped off the curb, waved me on and was waiting for me to go before crossing. Meanwhile, I hesitated before continuing, which caused the guy behind me to start honking. The police pulled me over almost immediately. I didn't even know what I did wrong. Cost me $150!

I once got pulled over for the same thing. To make matters worse, I had just finished a karaoke gig at a local bar, so I was driving home at around 2am. This must have been a red flag for the cop because even after I had explained that I hadn't had any alcohol since before midnight (so a good 2 hours to sober up, and I'm usually pretty good at only having one and hour anyway) the cop still had me do a field sobriety test. And when I passed that with flying colors, he gave me a breathalyzer test too. When I blew 0.00, he must've realized that I really was telling the truth and let me off with just a warning.

Parking. I was  in Nashville and got one. The odd thing was, you had to pay the machine. There were no attendants to pay. Texas does not have parking agrages that operate that way. I did no pay the machine, so I got a fine. Almost $50! NOt good. I learned to pay the machine.

Parking ticket.  A street cleaning one at that. My first and only type. I know I was at fault, but I know I still get upset about the event as I didn't have much money especially back then. I hate wasting money.

Hope I never get one, they have ones that go off here if you crosses the white line when the light turns.
