I have been in a couple of accidents. I remember my first accident vividly.

I haven't but my cousin was killed by a driver trying to outrun police. They both hit him. The sad part is he was on the next block from my house and it was his birthday.. will be 1 year September 24th since he passed  :( :( :( :(

Yes about four I remember.  The last one was about six years ago.  I was on my bike when a car was backing out of a dealership and knocked me off.  I broke my finger and had to go to therapy for months.  I still can't make a decent fist with my left hand.

too many to count. It got to be a joke that when we needed a new car, just wait a couple months...someone was sure to run into us again :(

I have had several accidents that were not my fault.  Was not hurt.  But in 1978 I had a wreck just as i was leaving work.  I was working 2 jobs and was real tired.  I had just passed the gurard shack and there was a stop sign.  Everyone stoppe but me and I wrecked 3 cars beside mine.  My head hit the windshield and broke it.  I was alright.  I had just bought the first new car.  I was more worried about my car than myself.  Hope everyone have a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

I have been involved in one minor incident. I was driving along a country road in the UK, I was following a semi and we came upon a tiny bridge. There was only room for one way traffic over the bridge so the oncoming traffic and our lane were taking it in turns to go over the brige. So that the oncoming traffic could get by, i tucked in behind the semi and the car behind me tucked in behind me. This was great until the semi decided he was too close to the bridge as the oncoming traffic could not get by so he had to reverse up. Obviously he could not see me as he reversed up and sadly I could not reverse as there was a car behind me. So I was stuck waiting for the accident to happen. I bibbed my horn but he didn't hear. He then reversed into me, my baby was screaming in the back seat and I could do nothing about it. The lady in the car behind me was a witness and the semi ended up paying for the damage.

I lost a kneecap, teeth, and needed facial surgery from the first accident; in the second my car was totaled by a semi but I escaped with minimal damage and scarring.  After a major accident, the trauma leaves you paranoid for awhile-- for weeks I had the sensation that every car on the road was out to get me.

Yes, and it was horrible.  A semi truck hit me, and I had a lot of kids with me.

I've been in two accidents, both caused by another driver.

The first time I was driving my husband's car and we were at a stop light. A 16-17 year old boy admitted to the police that he just wasn't paying attention, and he rammed in to the truck behind us (at about 35-40 miles an hour) with enough force to crash them in to us. I saw the big white truck that the kid was driving, so I had enough time to turn the steering wheel towards the curb to avoid hitting the car in front of us (or we would have hit them).
The truck that belonged to the couple that was slammed in to my husband and me had their truck completely totaled, and the man was hurt pretty badly. Luckily my husband and I escaped with only minor injuries.

The second time I was in traffic and a woman hit the back of my truck, pushing me in to the lane on my right and almost causing me to be side-swiped by another truck. There was no real damage done to my truck (my truck was a 1999 Ford Ranger and was scuffed up a bit already, so if she did cause any damage, I didn't see it) but the front of her little car was damaged pretty badly. No injuries, though it could have been bad if I had in fact been hit by the other truck.

i have been in two accidents,,,  neither one was my fault.  thank goodness.  but I both of my kids with me and it could have been bad. This was before it was manditory that your kids be in car seats.  Luckly my smallest was in a booster seat and my other had a seat built on at the time, none of us was injured  just very sore the next day. both times the other person hit me from behind at a pretty good speed.  :(  its no wonder I have headaches  and neck pain every now and then !!!

Yes, as a matter of fact, I have been in a serious accident as well as the non-serious type and every single time I was not at fault but I seem to get the dirty end of the deal cause I'm the one that either was hurt or had my car in the repair shop.  Somehow I don't seem to think its fair!!!
