I am looking forward to Dolphin Tale 2 which is coming out in September.  I like movies about animals and it's based on a true story.  Very heartwarming.

A good friend of ours (Earl Lynn Nelson) starred in the Independent film called "Land Ho!".  It was directed by his cousin and another friend of ours (Martha Stephens).  Sony bought the rights to it and it is being shown in limited areas but seems to be picking up more theatres as it is shown.  It has gotten great reviews.  The movie was filmed in Iceland and is now being picked up by Iceland as a tourist promotion film.  I have seen several clips of the movie and can't wait to see the whole thing.  Earl Lynn didn't have to act in the film, his character fit himself to a T to begin with!

Blended comes out to your local video store today.  It was good, I recommend it as a comedy feel good movie.

I just saw it this past weekend, and loved it! At first I was a little worried since it seemed like it threw a bunch of characters and locations at you, and never having read the comics I was afraid that I'd get lost without that background. But as the movie progressed, I didn't feel as clueless, and by the end of it I was excited when just before the credits it said that Guardians of the Galaxy will return (ie they are already working on a sequel).
