Prayers please....

Please pray for me, I have cancer for the second time.  Next Friday I have to have surgery to remove the tumor.  After the surgery they will stage the cancer (I pray it is not a high number), and they will decide if I need chemo and/or radiation.  I can't believe I have to go through this again, I hope I have the willpower and strength to go through it again.

Thank you everyone for the kind words.  I am going in next Friday and will spend at least 2 maybe 3 days there.  I am so nervous but I have no choice if I don't have the surgery I will die as the cancer will spread.  I can't believe this is the second time!  Ovarian cancer first, now breast cancer, what next?

Nancy its very natural to feel as you do and ask why.Growing old,getting sick and dying wasnt part of Gods plan for the human race.

We happen to have a 14 yr old grandson now that has possible a very untreatable form of leukemia.

Stay strong and have faith that God will comfort you and you will heal from this.I encourage you with a scripture from the bible from the book of Revelation 21.

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth;+ for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away,+ and the sea+ is no more. 2 I also saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God+ and prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.+ 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.+ 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,+ and death will be no more,+ neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.+ The former things have passed away.”

Cancer Treatment Centers of America is the most notable for cancer treatment and most trusted. Dr Patrick Quillin is an expert in the field. Nutrition is of utmost importance. Chemo and radiation are not the only solutions. Ty Bolinger and Nick Gonzales are also reputable.

We don't know you personally however I can share a little of my personal life with you. My father got cancer of the kidney when I was about 3 or 4 years old, of course I was too young to know about it and my parents didn't share this with me until I was in my twenties. The part that I wanted to particularly share with you is my dad, who was about 28 when he got cancer, had his kidney removed. He had no chemotherapy (I don't even know if there was treatments such as this in those days) and the only treatment he got was a vacation with my mum whilst my grandparents looked after us children. A year later he was clear of cancer and he lived to the age of nearly 70 before he got cancer again (in the kidney). He got to see his chilren grow up, he got to see all but one of his grandchildren and I got to know my dad. He died when I was 39, 7 years ago. I am so thankful that I got to know him. He was a godly man and set a great example for his children. What more could I have asked for? God Bless you!
