When is the best time to take a nap? The best time to take a nap is Sunday after church. What about you?

During the weekends I feel compelled to take a quick shut eye in the afternoon. I must be getting a bit old. As to work, again after lunch (afternoon) if I can find a quiet area no one will disturb me for 20 minutes.

I've always been a big napper.  Particularly if I'm waking up early... and lately I've been getting up at 4:30 off and on to get my son to the bus for detasseling.  I figure I may as well stay up.. but after bout' 12 hours I'm ready to conk.  In fact yesterday we stepped into a BP.  I took off my sunglasses and my husband said I looked stoned.  Once we got back to the car I fell asleep for 1/2 hour and I was good till bedtime again.

I like to take a nap in the afternoon before my son comes home from school.

I dont get naps unfortunately.  my 22 month old only takes a nap a day for about 15 min, and in that time i try to get as much housework done as possible so that i can get it done uninterrupted.

Whenever I can't keep my eyes open any longer.  Honestly though, I don't really nap.  If I close my eyes, I'm out for at least three hours, so I tend to avoid napping.  I may lay in a dark room and relax, but that's about the extent of it.  Generally that happens after a tiring day at work.

I never take a nap.  I can't sleep during the day unless I'm sick.

Whenever you feel tired, take a nap.  Taking a nap will refresh your mind and body.

Naps normally happen to me by accident.  :P I lie down to "rest my eyes" and wake up an hour or so later groggy with drool on the pillow. This happened just yesterday, in fact! I seem to have the strangest dreams during naps as well.

If I have a miraculous occurrence of both of my littles napping at the same time, and I don't have a crazy long to-do list, I take a nap, for sure!  I prefer to nap anytime between 2 and 4 so that I can get some rest but it doesn't interrupt my night sleep.
