I've not been good as of late and I've been consuming quite a bit of comfort food for different reasons. This can include chips, ice cream, chocolate, salty crackers and cookies. I still eat fruit and my other meals, but I just feel compelled to eat more right now.

I think the ultimate comfort foods are home made meatloaf and macaroni and cheese!   :P

I can't stay away from the chips and dip. I crave nachos, too. I don't know if it is the salt or the fattening dips and cheese. I just love my chips. I do try to stay with white corn chips. I don't think I will ever be free of them. Is that a bad thing?

I would say ice cream and fruits are my comfort foods. I enjoy consuming them at any given time of the day.
