I tend to like to be doing as much as possible but I have my down times too when I just relax with a book or sit and talk with friends. So I guess I'm a combination.

I'm more the engergetic type. I always have to be doing something and even as I am approaching sixty, I have a hard time sitting still. Always feel like I should be doing something. More often than not, I have to force myself to relax.
