California State Fair

I'd go but I'm cheap. For the price of parking, entrance, and food I could be enjoying something else for that same price but getting more..

xD Unfortunately that's how my parents raised me so I tend to be a little bit boring when it comes to deciding where to go and how to have fun.

You may want to do a search online for discount tickets to the fair. Sometimes the local newspaper and/or establishments will offer discount coupons and tickets.

$20 for a turkey leg! 
The faire has gotten crazy expensive, you can just go to Disneyland for less.  You can get an annual pass for Knott's for less.  So many options in So Cal.

& yet the fair is always so crowded.
