They just reinstated my account with RL today, I will probably just use that occasionally and not like I was before just incase that was the reason why they blocked me anyway.

When your account was reinstated, did they email you? And how many days did it take?

I like this one too. The only problem is I can't get it to work with Firefox.

Radio Loyalty: lots of us had been blocked, re-instated
and blocked again.
For my part, I have been blocked and re-instated.
However, I never asked to be re-instated a second
time.

This is the second letter they sent me to get re-instated

A WORD OF CAUTION: The adware free anti-virus messed up
my computer. I had to uninstall it.

Here is the letter:

Thank you for contacting us.

We understand your frustration in not being able to access RadioLoyalty. There are a number of different reasons our system may have detected your activity as suspicious. These reasons include, but are not limited to, having multiple players open at once, launching the player in a non-active window, and previous activity patterns that have been detected by the same advertisers, or adware that is present on your computer.

In order to attempt to correct these issues, we recommend the following steps:

1. Run adware or virus software on your computer to identify any issues. A good free one is available here: http://download.cnet.com/Ad-Aware-Free-Antivirus/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button

2. Be sure to only have one instance of RadioLoyalty open at a time.

3. When you launch the player, allow it to fully load before switching tabs or performing other tasks.

4. Ensure that your browser and flash player are both up to date with their most recent versions. To check what version of flash you are running and update it if necessary, visit:http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

5. Ensure that you are not using any ad blocking addons or software.

We allow a one time reapplication to be granted access to RadioLoyalty. If you feel you have taken steps in correcting these issues, please reply to this email explaining what steps were taken. We will then consider you for readmission into the program. Please note that if you are flagged again, we will be unable to reconsider access to our platform.

Thank you,

I love listening to RadioLoyalty, and I don't set a timer or watch the clock religiously to see if my 30 minutes is up.  If I see the captcha code come up, I type it in.  Lately, I haven't been seeing the code much at all.  I figure I just have been missing it and it doesn't stay up if you don't type it in in a timely fashion.  Today, I set my timer for 30 minutes, and when it went off, I still didn't see my captcha code.  I guess I'll have to pay more attention to figure out what's going on.

I too am experiencing what nadette is experiencing. They sent the exact email to me. It looks like that is a standard email to people on their "Black List". Someting is not right, they are getting too many listeners...

This is not good. I dont use it that often but it seems like they are putting more restrictions on it.

By the way I enjoy the radio because I can minimize it while working on something else  including my school work

One other specific thing I love about the radio is that it gives you the name of the song and and the artist

I used to listen to RL every day for several hours a day and I never did get blocked.  It's just hard to always be in front of the computer when the capcha shows up and I started getting a ton of pop-ups and malware on my computer.  I had it cleaned and quite RL and my problems went away.  I really did enjoy their music but not worth the hassle.

radio loyalty does not hold to their offer there is a limit but they just block you when they decide youve reached their limit
you can use radio loyalty on another popular site
