I haven't tried this one recently, but the one time I did, I was able to finish it and get credit.

I just got the Tempur-pedic package in the mail, and I got credited as soon as I completed the offer. As far as I know, just fill out the information and you should get credited shortly after.

I would keep trying this one until it credits you. I did complete it and have been receiving little foam samples in the mail.  I use them for craft projects since I don't suppose they will send me enough for a complete bed!  LOL
