I believe in God, and I believe He has a special purpose for everyone in this world, especially me.  I wouldn't ask Him anything per se; I would look at Him and marvel in His glory.  I know that He doesn't answer your prayer when you want Him to, but when He does answer, it is right on time.  I know that He loves us all, and while our loved ones that he entrusted to take care and nurture us doesn't want us to go, when He calls us home, it is definitive; we cannot change what happens.    :rainbow: :rose:

I do believe in God, I haven't been to worship in a long time but it's not because I disagree but I have done things I can't forgive myself for and until than how can I ask him to forgive me?  I tried to ask for forgiveness but I start crying.  I didn't hurt or kill anyone but I don't want to be a hypocrites there are to many of them around already.  Right now I can't ask him for anything right now.

Blondie if this helps.....are you familiar with the scripture where they are stoning the prostitute and the crowd explains that to Jesus.....and Jesus replies,"he who is without sin throw the first stone"

Unfortunately because of Adams sin the human race is born in error, death and imperfection.God is greater than our hearts and if HE sees we are truly sorry for our sins and repent,on the basis of the sacrifice of HIS son Jesus we are forgiven.

There is a difference willfully practicing what is bad and being a slave to sinful imperfection.Again Jehovah sees the heart condition and forgives on Jesus sacrifice and also if we are truly sorry.HE can also give you strenght beyond what is normal to help you conquer that sin.

Blondie...go look up Luke 18:9 also and read from there.

You will gain some insight how God feels about humble sinners and self-righteous worshipers too.

You are NOT alone feeling unworthy of Gods love. Its a tactic of the devil to make Jehovah look like the bad guy.

Please read that scripture and understand God forgives in a bigtime way.Remember Jesus said the sick need a Dr.....if you are well you dont need a Dr......so we as sinners need to understand and imitate HIM.

I think the one question I would ask is will I see my son (and mom, dad, sister, brother, niece etcs) when I pass?  I believe I will and I can "see" them in my minds eye all together somewhere ...

Blonde ... God is a forgiving God ... you are right, you have to forgive yourself first, but remember too (at least I believe) that God, Universe or whatever you believe in ... puts you on a path to learning.  Ask yourself, what did you learn for whatever you feel you need forgiveness for?

I'll say a prayer to you kiddo! :angel11:

My mom did that and she was miserable, and unpleasant to be around, all her life.  You have you condemned yourself to hell.  Life is about learning and joy.  Give yourself permission to learn from whatever you did and move on.  You've been punished enough.  Please read Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth".  You're holding yourself back and negatively affecting those around you.  If you have trouble moving beyond this for yourself then do it for your friends, family, co-workers, etc.  Blessings.  :angel11:

I believe in prayer. God has his own answers to everything and it will be revealed one day. Nothing would please me more then if God should see fit to reunite me with my family someday. I truly believe the children are there with my mom, and family and some day I will see them again.

There is no one specific question that I would ask God.  I talk to God everyday.  Although you may ask, are you really expecting an answer orally.  You may see it in action.
