Lots of us have been blocked from Radio Loyalty.

Fill out the complain form. I have no idea
if that is going to help. I filled 3 of them and
so far, I have not got any answer.

I am glad to hear that I am not the only person experiencing the same problem with RadioLoyalty. I, too, have submitted a compliant/inquiry form...but so far, no dice. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved ASAP. :-(

I finally heard from Radio Loyalty and they had three things I might being doing wrong.  Of course I can't remember what they were now.  But you can request to be reinstated....but only once.  I filled out the form three times, too.

Hello everyone,

Here the letter I received from RL yesterday.

And just to let you know, this morning, my RL
has been re-instated.

I will not it as much as I did and see what happens.

Thank you for contacting us.

We understand your frustration in not being able to access RadioLoyalty. There are a number of different reasons our system may have detected your activity as suspicious. These reasons include, but are not limited to, having multiple players open at once, launching the player in a non-active window, and previous activity patterns that have been detected by the same advertisers, or adware that is present on your computer.

In order to attempt to correct these issues, we recommend the following steps:

1. Run adware or virus software on your computer to identify any issues. A good free one is available here: http://download.cnet.com/Ad-Aware-Free-Antivirus/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button

2. Be sure to only have one instance of RadioLoyalty open at a time.

3. When you launch the player, allow it to fully load before switching tabs or performing other tasks.

We allow a one time reapplication to be granted access to RadioLoyalty. If you feel you have taken steps in correcting these issues, please reply to this email explaining what steps were taken. We will then consider you for readmission into the program. Please note that if you are flagged again, we will be unable to reconsider access to our platform.

Thank you,

I received that same letter, I haven't tried it yet, I am scared that I will be flagged again and not be able to use RL ever again.

I got the same reply.I don't get what their deal is.This is going to put a serious cramp in my ability to cashout on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.FC better look into this,or there'll be a few less FC users around.

I was just blocked and completed the submission form that came up.

I will do an Avast scan and Malwarebytes scan to check for viruses and malware.  (Not about to download another adware/virus program unless someone can vouch for it.)

I do run some other PTC sites and the FC videos on the same computer that I run RL on -- so maybe that's part of the "suspicious activity" they are concerned about.

If I get reinstated and they block me again -- well, it's their loss (as well as mine).

Suspect, tho, RL has instituted a security screen that is over zealous and, eventually, they will figure that out.

I filled out the form, did get a response with the 3 things I tried that and I'm still blocked! This means I may not be able to cash out at the end of this month :(

I was blocked on Friday night, just after I got a bonus point.  I sent a ticket to the Support Desk, and RL is back today.  I hope you guys get good results.

I haven't gotten around to doing a virus scan yet,but I thought it could be because I do a lot of multi-tasking.Maybe having too many windows open (which tends to make RL crash) is what set off it's sensitive blocking mechanism.
