Why?
« on: July 06, 2014, 05:56:19 pm »
Why do people comment on a thread question or topic if it doesn't apply to them?

Is it all about trying to get the quota of 30 comments per month to receive the forum bonus?

Why wouldn't they start a new thread?
Have a great day!

I don't know but what I do is I look through to see what people are talking about and if I think I can bring something to the conversation than I give my opinion.  Yes I want to get my 30 post in for each month but that's not my only goal I still comment on conversations even if I have my 30 post in for the month.  I also use the forums to help me with my problems and anxieties because my Fusion Cash friends give some good advice sometimes and it makes me feel like someone is listening and not just telling me to get over something.

Not all people just want to do the 30 comments, It's something we have to do, but I choose the ones that I could contribute an idea or something positive or new for them. I have looked at some and I choose not to reply because I feel I'm not or can't contribute to what they are asking or needing.

It's easier and faster to drop in a comment than to start a new thread.  I rarely start a thread but I do try to add to the conversation when I comment.

I have not tried starting a new thread yet. One of these days I will try and figure out how to do it but right now I am busy with moving again.

I try to only comment on topics that I feel that I can add to the discussion.  I think some people are just trying to get their 30 posts or to get more posts for a higher ranking.
Have a wonderful day!

I just always comment on what ever the subject is about if I am interested. I guess I don't think of any thing new to start a thread about. I will work on that.

How does it not apply to them?  I figure if you start a thread anybody that wants to is allowed to comment.

I have not seen any posts from anyone that makes me think they are just trying to get to 30.  As for getting a higher ranking???  Who cares?  It does not mean anything or get you anything.  Some people just like to talk to people online.  I honestly do not know why anybody would be upset because another poster had made more comments than they thought they should have.  I comment on what I want to comment on and I do not worry about anything else.

Because it's human nature to comment and voice an opinion...even if it doesn't even apply to them. Everybody wants their two cents worth of opinions to be heard.

That's my two cents.  ;)

I've never started a new thread since being on here. I like to look at threads that are already open. If I feel like I have something to say/contribute then I will. But I look a plenty of threads and don't comment on them because I just have nothing to add.

It's true.  People can comment on any thread or topic; however, if I ask people who have experienced a specific product to share their personal experience and they have NO experience...why would they comment?
Have a great day!
