Hello again,

This morning, my account with RL has been re-instated.

I will not use it as much anymore and see what happens.

I received the same email, I haven't tried it yet. I love RL but now it seems like it's going to be a hassle

You are listening to Radio Loyalty 10 hours a day making 61 cents a day. There are a lot better ways of making money on this site or any others. :-X  :turkey:

So a week after being flagged I get an email thanking me for contacting them and claiming they understand my frustration for not being able to access their page.  The email went on to say there were a number of reasons I could have gotten flagged.  (1) having multiple players open at once, (2) launching the player in a non-active window, (3) previous activity patterns that have been detected by the same advertisers, or adware that is present on your computer.  They went on to claim that “in order to attempt to correct these issues, we recommend the following steps:  1. Run adware or virus software on your computer to identify any issues. 2. Be sure to only have one instance of RadioLoyalty open at a time.  3. When you launch the player, allow it to fully load before switching tabs or performing other tasks.  My problem is that I do NONE of the reasons they claim for flagging a person and was still flagged. And now they want me to ‘prove’ I am worthy enough to get reinstated for listening?  —Which is a one time deal since you’re out if you get flagged again.  Who do they think they are?  It’s a radio station page for cryin’ out loud.  I shouldn’t have to ‘prove anything’ to listen.  But I still had to reply to the email for a chance to be reinstated so I said this, “I listen to you through fusion cash so I log into my account from them then click on your banner so that when your player comes up it is through fusion cash.  The reasons you insist upon flagging a person do not apply to me or my actions when using your player so I still do not understand why I was flagged other than to assume you do not want people to listen to your page after a certain amount of hours.  I have ALWAYS from day one of listening to your page through Fusion Cash only had one window open and from day one I have always had Norton as my virus software.  So there is nothing else I can do except NOT Listen to your page longer than three hours per day.  Because I work from home I log in very long hours and was averaging over 10hrs. of listening per day and whatever software you people use flagged me because it felt there is no way I can log that many hours a day with only one window open.  I don't know what you people want me to do or what actions I can take when the reasons you list for flagging someone are not actions which I do.  That is why I concluded I was flagged because your software assumed I had more than one window open. The deal you have with Fusion cash allows a one cent bonus after 15 cents which is why I said all I can do is stop listening after 3 hours.”  If that doesn’t do it then to heck them.  And hope any of you guys reading this don’t wind up where I am.

If RL flags too many people (which I was told once you get flag twice you’re done) people will get frustrated, complain to the sponsor which they are using, like fusion cash, and RL will eventually get dropped.  Honestly since I joined Fusion Cash in 2011 all my problems have been with RL between captcha codes not show up, no signal, page lock ups, and now being flagged for what I believe is too long a listen time.  Seriously, I wish Fusion Cash would get some other radio company.  I like listening to the radio but when RL feels its listeners are listening too long (with the excuse multiple windows MUST be open to log in that many hours) I gonna wind up not ever listening to them again.

In all honesty I think these RL rules to flag people is just an idea some “Genius” created to save RL money because especially on the weekend it is not impossible to log long hours on their page.  They claimed (when I talked to them on the phone) that listening for ten hours is okay.  I think their equation for flagging people must be under that because I was only on for five the day I got flagged.  I have asked them just how many hours one can listen to their page and not get flagged but I’ve gotten no reply.  Maybe their idea is to frustrate people enough so they will stop listening this way they save credit.  How else can they figure out who has more than one window open and who doesn’t?  It HAS to be by the hours spent listening to their page.  And for the ones like me who average 10hrs of listening per day with only one window open, we are the ones getting screwed.

I think the person that wrote the initial radio loyalty page is not the person who wrote the program that flags people.  If they were then they would know the program that flags people is just, pardon my French but B.S. because the two reasons for flagging people are multiple windows open and too many restarts.  First off you CAN’T open more than one RadioLoyalty player at a time on a computer/laptop it won’t let you.  Even if you are doing it through several different sponsors (since Fusion Cash isn’t the only one that uses Radio Loyalty).  The first player will open fine but the second player you will get a black window with white letters that says you can only open one player at a time.  Second, too many restarts are NOT the listeners fault.  After every captcha code, or a page lock up since that has happened to me on Google, it restarts.  That’s the way the program was designed.  The listener has no control over that but they get flagged for it anyway?  NOT COOL RL.

I have pretty much stopped using the RadioLoyalty, became to much of a hassle for what you earned. I will only use that one if I am totally desperate to meet a quota. Good Luck to whomever chooses to use it!  :peace:

It was bad enough when RL jumped from 1cent every ten minutes to 3cent for 3min since, while one can argue that it comes out even (prior to my being flagged) I had the puzzle fail on me TWICE which was an hour wasted.  But now with their new software and people getting flagged for only listening after a half an hour, I honestly wish Fusion Cash would drop them and get another radio player company cuz we are all getting way too frustrated with RL and life is stressful enough without RL’s new ‘save money for themselves’ software.

You know, I think RL is just handing out a lot of crap.  They claimed they had to change their software because ‘people were abusing the system’.  From being on this forum and others (as well as my accidental personal experience) the consensus is one COULD NOT open more than one player at a time on a computer with the old software.  All that is happening with their new software is people are getting frustrated and their getting less listeners.  Honestly, I think THAT is what their goal is—to stop people from using their site so that they save money by not having to credit so many people.  Because if there were people who found a way around their old software to open more than one player at a time on the same computer it was certainly a small percentage compared to those of us getting flagged now that don’t understand why we are even flagged when the reasons for being flagged aren’t rules we broke.

I don’t think Radio loyalty reads these forums because if they did they would know their new software is seriously flawed.  It’s flagging legitimate listeners who are obeying the rules they are made aware off.  On top of that when you get flagged you receive in about a week the ‘standard generic’ email response that claims you have to ‘prove you’ve changed your wicked ways’ so that you may be considered for ‘reinstatement’ of listening.  Hey, I have a sirus XM radio in my car, two boom boxes and a Sharp Stereo system at my house not to mention wifi so I don’t need them.  Nobody needs them and the ONLY reason anyone (myself included) even used them is for the credit. Don’t they get that? Apparently not for them to create an unnecessary stressful situation.

So in response to my email to RL I got some bogus one line reply that claimed “I assure you that we want people to listen for as long as possible! Our business grows as more people listen and for longer. :)”  Honestly if that was the case then first off they shouldn’t have changed their software and/or 2. Give listeners the EXACT circumstances which causes their new software to flag.
