When was the last time you had a vacation?

What was your most recent vacation and what was your experience to this most recent  vacation?

We went for a vacation at my sister`s place in Texas last year. We practiced gun shot, that was really fun, can`t wait to do it again.

Went to a lake resort last week for fishing, kayaking, boating, etc.  We had excellent weather and good fishing.  Unfortunately the mayflies hatched that week so that was kind of annoying, but necessary to maintain the balance of nature.

What was your most recent vacation and what was your experience to this most recent  vacation?

I tool a few days to go to the Smokey Mountain National Park last week. It was fantastic! I had so much fun hiking and sight-seeing. I got to write off a few things from my bucket list. Zip-lining and seeing my 1st bear in the wild. Cool!

Last August I went to Myrtle Beach for a weekend.  The last time I took a week long vacation was in September, 2010.  My daughter and I went on a cruise and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I took a trip to Cincinnati, OH with a friend and it was wonderful! Went to Pres. Garfield's Home and then his tomb in the cemetery.  It was fantastic!

I have not had a vacation in about two years, but I plan on having one real soon, if the Lord will.

I just got back from Edisto Beach, South Carolina last night and it was a great vacation with three of our grandkids and their parents.

I took a roadtrip to columbus, to louisville, alabama, new orleans, lexington and back to cleveland, it was awesome, but that was last october.

We took a nice relaxing vaction as a family back in March.

We took a week off in March and went to the Rockhound roundup in Deming and saw a lot of old friends then on to see my daughter-in-law and my proxy son. Just love the heck out of both of the, It was sure great. Got back home and wanted to turn around and go back. I would still be down there if it was not for my dad and hubby's deceased aunt. I am ready for another vacation.
