I buy stocks as part of my very diversified portfolio purchased with money made off of sites like this on and a multitude of other income streams.  None of these have taken time from working two full time jobs.  The money from the jobs goes into my household expenses. I think that if you are going to buy stocks you have to take a value approach to investing like Warren Buffet and his teacher Benjamin Graham who wrote a timeless approach to stock purchases.  I only buy stocks in things that I know, I use or I have studied inside and out for a lengthy period.  I rarely rely on the hot stock quotes that television/magazines/newspapers...media in general push.

I would if I had the extra money but in the past I had them and they made money for me but I cashed them out before it went down. So once you have a profit it is good to cash them out.

  I have a few stocks, but only in companies I have an emotional attachment to.  And, trust me, emotions should have nothing to do with selecting a stock for investment.

I invest in no load index funds. Not individual stocks.  If I had more money to invest, I probably would.

I just have my work stock option but scared to buy outside shares.

We play around buying things but its like gambling because you dont know.

i wold like to try stocks.but i know nothing on how to go about something like that

I have always really wanted to but I just don't know enough about them to put a large amount of money into it maybe one day I will learn more about it and start participating in the trade.
