Help my mom what's 2get a dog!

Accepting Any help in redirecting her away frm getting a pet! I don't want 2report her 2animal abuse when she becomes bored with it!Suggestions greatly appreciated!

Maybe get her some tropical fish???  Dogs can be hard to take care of if you don't have the time and patience.
