Do you think that the Obamas have really brought a whole new world into the White House with their energetic spirits?

I believe that the Obamas (Barack & Michelle) opened up their lives by being in the public eye.  When we saw the Presidents and the First Ladies of before, it was because they were just that.  Barack and Michelle brought a positive outlook on life.  I am glad that I lived to see the experience.  Barack Obama is the first Black President, and I admire the two of them.

As someone who loves fashion, I like that Michelle like to vary her clothing sense.  She can wear designers, or buy stuff at J Crew and lower range lines.

The Obamas are a wonderful family.  They have brought to the White House what no other Presidential family has, sense of down to earth, everyday people, willing to live like the average American, buy clothes at J. Crew, shop at ordinary stores, work for all the people regardless of race, implement laws that help the poor, middle class and rich people of this country, help implement healthier foods served in our schools, create a vegetable garden at the White House and work for the good of our Country.  Even though they have done all these things there are many people who hate them because of the color of their skin, which is so sad in this day and time.  Unfortunately you still have those people out there and probably will until the day we die.  It is my wish that people could see beyond skin color and look at he ability of the person to change things in the world, ability of the person to get the job done (which he has done in spite of all the stumbling blocks thrown in his path).  Our President's job has been made harder than it has to be due to lack of congressional support .  I pray that God will continue to keep him and his family safe from all hurt, harm and danger.

Unfortunately, fashion and youthfulness does not make a President.  The Presidency is about running an entire country efficiently, staying within the guidelines of the Constitution and the Law, and this President and his administration have failed.. miserably.

Man I don't know what some of you are on but the obamas are not what we need in the white house. As far as I am concerned they need to be impeached, fined and removed from the white house.

I think they have a new youthfulness and a added vibe to the White house. I love Mrs. Obama style and her vibrant colors. I also like how Mr. Obama sneaks out and grabs some fast food. This shows he is like us and crave the fast food tastiest.

I don't know them personally so I can only comment from what I see and the seem like a really nice family. Almost reminds me of the Kennedy's without the whole Camelot feel. I love Michelle Obama's taste in clothing. I do think they have brought a different vibe and a lot of people will only look at the color of their skin, but when compared to all the other presidents and presidential families Clinton, Bush, Kennedy's, Carter, Nixon, and so on, I think the Obama's stack up pretty good. Just saying.
