I ditched Comcast and have Frontier for half the money with no TV service except an HDTV antenna, Netflix and my Roku box (total bill $48 a month).

You're lucky to be able to use an antenna. Before Comcast ran their lines on our street, we were using 2 antennas: 1 for an NBC station and the other for an ABC and CBS station, so it Comcast was welcomed with open arms.  Three whole channels! We live in what I call a 'gully' with high 'walls' of stone on one side and high hill which you definitely don't walk up unless you're about 10 years old or less.
