Shawn T Focus T25 workout
« on: June 22, 2014, 04:13:11 pm »
I'm planning on starting my workout tomorrow...
Especially after putting on Freshman 10 :'(

But.. I say the hardest part about dieting is eating right...
I struggle with that the most. I can do the exercising, just not so much the eating well...

Any suggestions?

Figure out a few different meals and either prepare them ahead of time or make it so they are easy to do.  I would alternate between taking salad or a veggie heavy spaghetti sauce type meal.  Both were easy to get in the habit of doing.

For me, I've noticed the hardest part about eating right is all the time it takes to make these meals.  If I can limit that, then I have no problem meeting those requirements.  Now if only I could get behind the exercise portion like you can.

I haven't tried that yet but I have tried others. I like to dance but not with a video. I prefer to make up my own routine and go with that.

Making sure you have plenty of low cal snack food could make or break your workout plan.

 Good Luck!!

For me, I found eating protein in the morning really helped because I was fuller for longer.  It's either a smoothie with protein powder or scrambled egg whites with veggies.

I agree with starting the day with protein.  It has also been said you should end your day with protein so that you are not sluggish when you wake up.  Good luck.

Oh. That's interesting. I've always heard about protein in the mornings, but never at the end. :) Will try it. Thank you! :D
