I love steak on the grill and it must not be tough.  How do you marinate your steak?

a big thick juicy steak. Yummy! I marinate mine with A-1 sauce and BBQ sauce with some dry rubs. It marinates all night and thrown on the grill until cooked all the way through then served with a baked potato with sour cream, butter, and bacon bits and grilled corn on the cob. The already pre made marinades like laury's is really good too the secret is marinade for awhile

My husband makes great steaks on the grill, a little dry rub & some BBQ sauce spread on while grilling and it is yummy!  Let your steak come to room temp for a bit before grilling, makes for a juicier steak  :)

Medium rare, it has enough pink to make it chewy, while at the same time, too little pink to make me think badly about it as I'm eating it. :)

I dont have a favorite rub or marinade for my steak but I cannot eat anything more than medium.  Well done steaks are a travesty, might as well throw them out or eat the other tougher parts of the cow.

I only eat steak on rare occasions.  However, when I do eat them I want my steak well done.

the rarer the better-soooooo tasty!!!!

I don't want a piece of meat on my plate that is still moving or mooing.

I rarely eat steak because when I order my steak well done, most of the time it is still red on the inside.  I hate red *bleep* meat.  Then sometimes it is too well done and tough to eat.  Its difficult to find a good steak sometimes.

I like my steak medium rare and Boneless Rib Eye is my favorite, but Porterhose and Top Sirloin is just as good.

My favorite is Rib-Eye on the barby or in the broiler, that is the closest to the barby.  I marinate mine with garlic, salt, pepper, a little oil, some citrus juice, what ever you have and a little worchteshire(sp?) sauce, sometimes I put some sage or rosemary or anything else that sounds good.  It definately has to be well done, a very little pink inside my be okay, but not much.  I don't like it mooing at me.
