Is it just texas or is it in all states that losers that are abusive, neglectful, that endanger a child, or can't support a child, and uninvolved are still able to keep their visitation/ custody rights?

i believe the same thing is here in KY too! i just cant believe that even after being proved guilty of these things they still let them have contact with the child--this world is in such trouble --it scares to me think about when my kids have children what the world is going to be!

I am a landlord and I am amazed how they let some kids live.

i feel it is most states that do that  don't ask me why when every state has domestic laws but they lock them up and then turn around and let them back  then the guy goes and does it again i say lock them up and don't let them out

I think it's everywhere. It seems that until a parent actually hurts a child they can keep their visitation and even then they can have monitored visitation. We don't seem to protect children until it's too late.
