Is there anyone out there feel that they can make it out of $700 dollars a month and if so how would you do it?

I don't see any way you can . Rent usually costs more than that. Then there are utilities and food. What about gasoline, insurance and other medical expenses like rxs? This person must rely on government help. Good luck.

It would be impossible unless you live in a commune like my daughter does, she lives on $350/month.
