Do you prefer to eat chicken, beef or fish?

I myself stay away from beef whenever possible. I stick to Chicken wings, Chicken *bleep* and fish. Sometimes shrimp or crab legs but not to often. Since Christmas I have lost 12 pounds. I hardly exercise except for household chores. I eat salad every other day and potatoes once a week. the other days just vegetables. I am watching what I eat and I think that is important to be healthy. by the way I cooked my wings in the oven. and the chicken *bleep* I diced up and steam cook them on a very low temperature. I sometimes dice up potatoes to go with the chicken and mix all together. What you prefer?

i am a fish person when its good fish and not that fishy fish--it is so high here tho that i find myself eating lots of chicken because good fish is hard to come by

Fish is the only thing I can eat regularly. I was a vegetarian for almost 10 years and stopped last year. While I'll have beef or chicken once in a while it's not something I can eat too often without feeling queasy.

I think I do chicken more than anything else.  I would like to do fish more though.

I like a good steak but I mainly eat chicken.  Not much on fish.

I like fish the most, then chicken. I eat beef, but I am not a steak eater. So glad to hear you have lost weight. I should try what you are doing. I need to shed some pounds.

I grew up eating chicken (my favorite parts are the legs, wings, breast and gizzards) and have eaten it enough to actually crow like a rooster.  I grew up eating bologna (the old fashioned rag kind), which I was not that crazy about, but I eat the bologna of today.  I will always love beef and I am a big fish lover ( I like catfish nuggets, whiting, and shrimp, as well as smelts, which I haven't eaten in over 30 years).  I also love my turkey parts.

For our household we eat 90% eat chicken. As for fish and beef occasionally. I had my brother and sister stay at our house for two weeks, they question why I cooked  chicken everyday.
