I Keep getting This Survey Before Surveys

Every time I try to attempt a survey, I now get a page that begins like this

On average, how many days in the week are you engaged in the following activities?
Reading a printed newspaper
0 days
1 day
2 days
3 days
4 days
5 days
6 days
7 days
Reading an online newspaper

and then it goes on and on.  I have to answer a lot of questions before I can attempt a survey.  It is the same page every time.

Is anyone else getting it. How do I stop it?

I got this same page before my FC Surveys the last 2 days.After getting it 3 times yesterday I updated my profiles.That worked the last time it happened,but not this time.When I tried the surveys today,I still got that same profile page before each survey.

thats why I don't bother to do profile survvys or update them. Even so, you still get the long profile questions before the survey even starts.  Sometimes  i am asked for my age like 5 times on the same survey.

Unfortunately yes.   I always get a survey to see if I qualify for the one I clicked on .  Usually they tell me I am not  so they offer another one.

I remember that problem months ago. We had to update our shopping profile and that took care of that but, just like yourself, it is not working this time. I also tried updating my profile but I continue to get the profile survey before I can access any other survey and it is happening with every single survey since yesterday or the day before.

I will give it another day or two and then open a support ticket.

I got that one, too.  I filled it out the first time and then I went to the survey.  However, each "FC" survey I got thereafter, had the same questionnaire.  I just let those surveys go because I didn't want to fill this page out over and over again.

yes, just ignore it and click the save button, then go to survey

My FC Surveys worked normally today.I didn't get the profile page before any of the surveys.

Glad to say that I took a survey yesterday and did not get the profile page before the survey. Either it accepted my update or it was a glitch to begin with.

This is known as the screening process and I do not like it because if you click on a survey about movies or pets, they want to know about your investable assets, or they may want to know do you rent or own a house.

I have had this problem too.  Thought it was only happening to me.  If it continues I will open a support ticket.
