I have never had that happen.  Could it be that you already did that one before?  I would contact customer service, from what I hear they are great about getting back to you when you have a problem.  Hope this helps   :)

That is really strange. I would contact support. ussally by the time you get the email confirmation u already have the credit. The main reason u don't get credit for something is because they didn't recieve credit either. good luck :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

not getting credited even with a confirmation your done and even posting that confirmation your done on support doesn't help cause I guess they pretend like you didn't show the page that you copy that says you finished and got your confirmation. a lot is not crediting here and that's a big change. these things did not happen for years on this site. Im thinking there must be a change of hands going on here.

You never know what is going to happen with credits!  It's like the old saying, "Don't count your chickens before they are hatched."  I never feel confident that I have been credited until I see the amount show up in my account.  Even then, it can be revoked for various reasons.  But that doesn't keep the situation from being frustrating.  I hope you get your issue resolved.  It surely seems like you should be paid if you received a confirmation email.

Hi,

Unlike what others have said this is not strange. If you read Fushion's rules here:

http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

and I quote:

"Please note that the test above is not intended as a guarantee that all offers will credit; there is no way to guarantee that all offers will credit at all times.

Above all, remember: we WANT you to be credited for the offers you complete. If you're not automatically credited for an offer you completed after 30 days, we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do."

This happens to many people a great deal of the time. I am the one who posted about the Miindfield Online not being credited. I have had 3 offers not credit. I emailed all the companies, only 1 responded (saying they have no control over this and to contact FusionCash).

My observation regarding this problem. 3 offers did not credit which amounted to about $2 for me in June. So far I have earned $26 which credited. I am willing to let go of $2 for the opportunity to make $26. I know FusionCash is not ripping us off (or at least I firmly believe this with a high degree of certainty). The sponsoring companies would not rip us off as they are seeking us as clients/customers.

My advice regarding this problem is just to let it go and move on. If you are making enough keep doing what you are doing. If not, then maybe, this type of work is not good for you personally. Further, after addressing my problem and troubleshooting:

1. clear your browser cache frequently
2. only have 1 tab/window open for an offer which pays (I used to have 5.)
3. do not open an offer, not do it, then come back after to complete

After doing this I have not had any problems with crediting that I could not identify a possible reason why. Remember this is your job and you are the boss. Make your work environment pleasant.

Good luck,
Sandy

Exactly what she ^ said AND sometimes the tracking software used to track completed offers doesn't work properly for whatever reason. Don't get discouraged, just keep plugging away and know that there will be offers that don't credit, but more often, they do. One more tip is to not do too many offers back to back. Space them out and allow some time in between.
