there are natural choices for antiseptics:
(*)  lemon
(*) apple cider vinegar
(*) hydrogen peroxide

which is your choice?
I have used each one of them at one time or another.

I think some alcoholic drinks, like gin, whiskey, vodka...could be used in some extreme situations because they have enough alcohol content.

Antiseptics

I have used Hydrogen Peroxide on numerous occasions, most recently to help my sons as both of them had very bad sore throats (they gargled with it). The next day, their sore throats were considerably better and the day after that it was cleared up entirely.  But talking of antiseptic choices, I once saw a survival program which if I'm not mistaken, they said that if there is no other choice, you can pee on a wound as your pee is sterile. Now I don't know if that is true, and thankfully I've never been in this survival scenario, however, I thought it was worth suggesting if all else fails!  :P
