I brush in the morning to have nice breath and I brush at night before bed so I'll wake up with better breath. It's a plan. Flossing only happens before bed, but certainly every single night. 

Bear in mind that there is a proper way to floss. I've been flossing for years rather incorrectly. If you don't make a "C" with the dental floss around the tooth as you're flossing, then you're not reaching all the surface of the tooth that you can reach.

Do you know I'd like to tell you that I brush two minutes, twice a day and floss after, but the reality is I only brush once a day. Mind you I do a good job when I do brush my teeth. I didn't get my first cavity until I was 27 and I do have really good teeth. I don't floss so regularly because I find it difficult to fit the floss between my teeth - a hygienist once told me that if the floss can't go in, then neither can the bacteria. So I decided on that route for success and it worked for me. So I brush my teeth once a day and then floss at the dentist which is every 6 month (or sooner if I get popcorn stuck in my gums!).

I definately brush my teeth at least twice a day. Morning and night. It can be as much as 4 times a day depending on how much I am at home Most times I will do it after lunch or I have eaten sugary snacks provided I am at home. I dont carry a toothbrush with me.

this is funny because no matter how much I try to brush my teeth 3 times a day I could only do it twice

I stopped brushing my teeth when I lost them at age 16 years old. I have had dentures and those I soak to clean them. By the way at the time I didn't know I had lactose intolerance and that is why I lost my teeth.

  I only brush my teeth usually 1 time a day and a rinse with mouth wash in the after noon...but it is well past time that I increase the amount
